I'm sitting in my small room in Paderborn and should actually study for my last exams here in Germany...but I decided to rather start my blog :)
Tomorrow in exactly 4 weeks I will be in Frankfurt at the airport waiting for my plane to take off...up into the air...to the other side of the globe...again...finally!
Yet, I don't have my visa for Japan! I'm awaiting eagerly the mail from Oita University telling me that my Certificate of Eligibility was approved by the immigration office so that I can go to the embassy in Düsseldorf to get that bloody thing into my passport. At least I do have my visa for China. One week Beijing to start off my Asia experience! Then I'll pass on to Japan: one night in Fukuoka at a friend's place to drop off my big suitcase (who wants to travel with 2x23kg + 10kg carry-on baggage) and then fly to Tokyo, meet my friend Katharina, and off we go: Kyoto, Osaka, Hiroshima and many more places to see! I am soooo excited! My semester in Oita starts in the beginning of October.
Oita? Where is that place?
